Let's talk about training!

I was the 2nd to arrive at the pool yesterday. :D I saw a red cockroach, or maybe because the sun was shining on it that's why it's red. I took a picture of it, YenTon said it will fly, and I got so scared of it. Then the red cockroach ran away after that. Hah! Warm up drills was werid, was mainly stroke check, and no way am I going to swim 200m IM for next year.

Gardens later that evening. Training was a slack compared to the previous one. Was happy for no reason!
